Mark Fay, MD

After earning an undergraduate degree at North Dakota State, he started Medical School at the University of North Dakota. Dr. Fay completed medical school at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. He spent the next two years serving the U.S. Public Health Service as a primary care physician, he then returned to the University of California, San Diego completing his residency in ophthalmology.

Scott Stevens, MD

Dr. Stevens, his wife Cassi and their faithful hound Slurpee moved to Klamath Falls in 2009 after the completion of his ophthalmic residency at West Virginia University. Dr. Stevens also holds a degree in Humanities from Brigham Young University and completed medical school at St. Louis University School of Medicine.
As a general ophthalmologist, Dr. Stevens enjoys being able to make an immediate difference in people’s lives through cataract surgery. His interaction with patients is easily his favorite part of practicing at Klamath Eye Center. In addition to cataract surgery Dr. Stevens’ practice also covers eye disease treatment and management, Medical Laser Surgery, as well as comprehensive eye care. His charm, humor and humble approach have endeared him to his patients and co-workers at Klamath Eye Center.
The Stevens family enjoys traveling and a diverse collection of cultural experiences. They also enjoy the many natural wonders of the Klamath Basin and its outdoor activities. Besides Klamath Falls, Dr. Stevens has lived in Utah, Missouri, Arizona, West Virginia, and Brazil.

Jonathan Fay, MD

Raised in Klamath Falls, Dr. Jonathan Fay completed his undergraduate education at Duke University, North Carolina. After his earning his medical degree at Oregon Health and Sciences University, Dr. Fay continued his education by completing a three year residency in ophthalmology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York. Dr. Fay then completed his fellowship in corneal surgery at Columbia University, New York before returning to Klamath Falls.

Teresa Graham, MD

Born and raised in Klamath Falls, Dr. Graham completed her undergraduate education at Walla Walla College. She completed her medical degree and ophthalmology residency at Loma Linda University of Medicine and has been practicing ophthalmology in Klamath Falls since 1995.

Martin L. Meinig, MD, FACOG

Born and raised in rural Pennsylvania, Dr. Meinig completed his undergraduate education at Penn State and earned his medical degree at Hahnemann University. He moved to the Washington D.C. area for his specialty residency training at The George Washington University and remained in private practice there until relocating to Klamath Falls with Dr. Metz in 2007. Dr. Meinig is board certified in OB/GYN and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Arielle Metz, MD

Raised outside of Washington D.C., Dr. Metz is board certified in OB/GYN and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She completed her undergraduate education in Comparative Literature at Haverford College and medical education and specialty training at The George Washington University. After two years in private practice in Virginia, Dr. Metz and her husband, Dr. Meinig, relocated to Klamath Falls in search of a family-friendly lifestyle.

Jeff Merrill, DPM FACFAS

Dr. Merrill is a graduate of the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating, he continued his education by completing a three year residency in foot and ankle surgery at Pinnacle Health Hospitals in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He has completed a microvascular course at the Cleveland Clinic as well as a rotation at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a member of the Oregon Podiatric Medical Association, the American Podiatric Medical Association and is double certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

Raul A Mirande, MD

Dr. Mirande was born and raised in Illinois, completed his undergraduate Biology degree at the University of Illinois in Champaign- Urbana, then finished medical school at the University of California, San Francisco. He married a California native, Karri, and moved back to the Chicago area where he completed his General Surgery residency at Loyola University Medical Center. They moved to Klamath Falls in 1995 and have raised three children. Dr. Mirande performs a variety of surgical and endoscopic procedures. Dr. Mirande is board certified in General Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Tanya Rubinstein, MD

Dr. Rubinstein completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in biology and Russian. Dr. Rubinstein is a graduate of the University of Michigan school of medicine in Ann Arbor. After graduating, she continued her education by completing a four year residency in OB/GYN at University of Illinois at Chicago.
